Emotional Quotient (EQ)
Emotional Intelligence enables students to understand and, manage their emotions while developing empathy, resilience, effective communication and positive relationships. We believe emotionally balanced individuals become compassionate leaders and responsible citizens.
Social Quotient (SQ)
Social intelligence nurtures integrity, values, self-awareness, gratitude , respect, and a sense of purpose . Our value -based education encourages students to make ethical decisions while appreciating diversity and contributing positively to society.
Adversity Quotient (AQ)
At Polymath College , we place particular emphasis on developing Adversity Quotient (AQ) the ability to face challenges with courage , resilience, and determination.
In an increasingly competitive and unpredictable world, success depends not only on knowledge but also on one’s ability to persevere through setbacks, adapt to change, and learn from failure. Through academic challenges, leadership opportunities, sports, performing arts, community engagement , and everyday learning experiences, our students develop confidence, perseverance , adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Key Focus Areas
Innovative Thinking and Imagination ( ITI)
Innovation begins with curiosity. Through our innovative thinking and imagination (ITI) programme, students are encouraged to think independently , explore possibilities , solve problems creatively, and develop the confidence to express original ideas.
Meditation and Mindfulness
Each school day begins with meditation and mindfulness helping students develop focus, emotional balance, discipline, and inner peace while preparing them for productive learning.
Grow With Me
Grow with me is more than a Grade 1 project, it is a continuing journey- ‘Grown With Me’- that reflects our belief that growth is lifelong. Beginning in the primary years of Grade 1, students develop love for nature through hands- on environmental experiences. As they progress through school, the commitment continues to evolve, fostering environmental responsibility, compassion for living things, and an appreciation of the interconnectedness between people and nature.
Through ‘Grow With Me’, students grow alongside nature, learning that caring for the environment is a lifelong responsibility.
